so-soGood recap at the beginning, which helped it‘d been a while since I read book 1. There was little action in book 2 until the end. Focus was the love triangle (love corner)& I don‘t like either option:the one she‘s fated to against her will or the forbidden love she wants
Alex has more time with her would be bfs because she‘s flunking training but then seriously injures someone with an apple, takes out trained guards & mythical beings
it‘s just 🙄

This is the second book in the Covenant series. I really, really enjoyed the first one! 🤩
The cover art alone is something to fall in love with! This is a second in a series and it is an easy one to get into, face paced and much better writing than the first in the series!

I loved this more than Half-Blood. This had a lot of action, humor, and just amazing world building and character building throughout it. I loved how fast paced it was and how Alex grows throughout the first two books. I cannot wait to see more romance and character growth as well as world building in the next three books. I could not put this book down.
