I love this series. ❤️
This book made me feel so grateful to have a boss who understands not only my childcare issues but that I also have a child with additional needs.
It also made me appreciate that my boyfriend attempts to help with the housework (badly) & will have a go at cooking (worse than the housework). He also pulls his weight with the kids and their meltdowns, night terrors & basic needs. We're a team and I'm grateful for that.

ANOTHER BRILLIANT, WITTY AND UN-PUT-DOWNABLE BY GILL SIMS 👏

These books are so relatable to real life and parenting and all the difficulties of marriage and family life, yet they shine a light on it all and put things into perspective. For me that realism is what makes these books so good! The incidents with using mums best gravy jug for the stepsister while she's in labour just add something to giggle about. 🤭

This was brilliant and absolutely hilarious! It made me laugh, smile and choke on my coffee! It‘s deals motherhood, marriage and sexism in the workplace that left me nodding away! I highly recommend it to any mums out there trying to keep their heads above water. A 5 ⭐️ read!

Very good. Funny and very relatable at times because even though I don't have children it also deals with issues with being a woman and the pressures we face both in the workplace and home. Many laugh out loud moments. Highly recommended for everyone.

Another great read. Not sure if I enjoyed this one as much as the first one but it was still a good read. Some brilliant moments that many parents can relate to. I loved her helping with the birth of a baby and trying to head the PTA. The ending was perfect and there could easily be more of these books. Would love to see how they cope with high school.

Definitely one of the better 'blogger-turned-author' books that are hitting the shelves lately, this is a brutally honest and at times, hilarious look at modern life as a working mother. A quick and easy read that is definitely worth the effort.
