Right now, I need to be strong to #overcome my constant urge to buy more books. Of course, this is just a temporary measure, (at least till after the holiday season) and #justfornow try to put a bigger dent on my #mounttbr. 💪🤓📚

Caroline2 Yep, I feel exactly the same! It's got the point where looking at my TBR shelves gives me anxiety!!! 😳😆 I have way too many books to read and there are not enough hours in the day! 🙄 6y

erzascarletbookgasm My current A-Z challenge is already a small effort to reduce my TBR because I made it a condition that the books read must be from my TBR pile. But I‘m all ears for ways to further reduce my TBR. Do keep me in the loop, @DivaDiane @Caroline2 🙂 6y

DivaDiane @erzascarletbookgasm Oh that‘s a great idea! Except what do you do if your TBR Pile/list whatever doesn‘t cover all the letters?!? I was just thinking of going “official” because there‘s power in the support of numbers! I run a TBR Destruction challenge on Habitica and it has helped me reduce my physical TBR and ebook TBR by 47 Books this year so far! And I‘ve done better at not buying more. Just have to resist free ebooks better! 6y
