Am I Going Crazy? | 
Friends, am I losing my mind?? I got a new phone this week and went to put the Litsy app on it... and it literally doesn't seem to exist???? I am NOT tech-savvy, so any suggestions on what to do other than typing “Litsy“ into the search bar and being confused about why it isn't the first - or any!! - option!? 😂 I am SO CONFUSED!

Enchanted_Bibliophile 🤔. That's weird. I know iSO sometimes has issues with parental controls. But Android is usually the easy one. Let me get back to you 11mo
eeclayton I've just checked on my Android-based tablet, and Litsy doesn't appear as an option in the Play Store for me, either. Weird! 11mo

TheAromaofBooks @eeclayton @Enchanted_Bibliophile - Thank you for checking for me! At least it isn't just me. But it's weird that it's no longer available for Android users!! Hopefully just a temporary thing. If I remember correctly, I feel like it was an iSO app first. 11mo
Enchanted_Bibliophile Mostly it's software glitches that temporarily remove apps from the store. I believe they'll fix the issue shortly. 11mo
ravenlee There was a post in the Onward Litsy Facebook group last week about this. Litsy reps said they‘re working on getting the app back into Google Play and recommended the web version in the meantime. 🤷🏻♀️ 11mo

TheAromaofBooks @LiseWorks - Despite knowing that even if someone does miraculously find my phone in the river it will still be quite dead, I've been surprised at how background-stressful I've found it to be to not have my old phone “safe“! It was all my own fault for not using the appropriate waterproof bag that hooks onto the canoe - got caught up taking pics and didn't put the phone away properly!!! I'm also a bit paranoid about the toilet!! 😂 11mo

TheAromaofBooks @LitsyEvents - No worries!! I do about 95% of my Litsy-ing on my computer (including all the BookSpin posts!!) so we should still be good!! I mostly use the app for when I am posting book reviews as it's easy to snap a picture of book and go. 😂 But posts where I need to tag a bunch of people I always do from my computer so I can copy the tag list from my Word doc!! 11mo

bthegood Never fun to lose a phone (under any circumstances) - I'm glad to see I'm not the only android user - and the app is on my phone but no longer in the play store (just checked) - hope it is resolved soon. 🤔 (edited) 11mo

TheSpineView I'm an android user too and this is worrisome. The app is not on the play store and I use my phone exclusively for Litsy. 😟😧😳🤯😵💫 11mo
TheAromaofBooks @TheSpineView - The scary part is I have seen a couple of people claim that they couldn't log into their accounts any more?? I am not sure if that is connected to the issues with the app or not, but I would be pretty devastated to lost my account here!!!!! 11mo

SpeculativeFemale My app stopped working, just gave me a lot of odd error messages, so I tried to uninstall and reinstall and discovered the same thing with the Play Store. I do hope it's back soon. I prefer the app to the browser version. 11mo
