This past week was pretty successful. I finished four books, and completed #booked2020!

I‘ve just started The Dud Avocado for #nyrbbookclub and the writing style is something I‘ll have to adjust to.

I wish these books had been around when I was a tween/teen. I would have been ALL OVER them! I think I liked this one even more than the first one. Late Victorian era, old gothic boarding school, creepy porcelain dolls, and an ornate dollhouse. What more could I ask for? I‘m saving the books for my girls for when they‘re old enough. #prettyinpink (the book cover is bright pink) #booked2020

TW: animal abuse/death, murder, gory scenes.

I loved Frozen Charlotte & couldn‘t wait to read the prequel. The overall book was okay but it relied too heavily on horrible things happening to animals for me. A disappointed 3⭐️

Off on my travels with the essentials - a good book,earphones and my music. Happy days!

Not as creepy as Frozen Charlotte but still a good read.
