Last novella of 2017 - got sucked into a Nalini Singh spiral with the free Rock Courtship. This novella intersects notably with the storyline in Rock Courtship & if, like me, you‘re very bad at resisting hinty teasers, you‘re going to read this & the next in the series, Rock Hard, in quick succession. Enjoyable lovely read about working for love and fighting for what you want. Standard romance with a HEA but enjoyable, solid Singh. 😊😊😊

Another addition to my list of Nalini Singh Books I Liked. I find that even the novels I enjoy go on a bit long for me, but this novella was the perfect length. There's good tension, a sweet romance, and none of that questionable dudes-lovingly-choking-their-girlfriends thing that showed up in the first two books.

(What's WITH that? Singh doesn't present it as autoerotic asphyxiation; just, "Hey, I love you so much I must choke you.") #romantsy

xicanti @theshrinkette I'm currently 3:2 with her. I enjoyed this one, ROCK REDEMPTION, and ROCK HARD, but I got bored with the first Angel book a loooooooooong time before it ended and I hated the hero in ROCK ADDICTION. 6y
