pickIt‘s been a long time since I read a whole book in a single sitting. I‘d read book 2 last year not realizing there was a book 1 and now I need to go back and reread the next one (different couples so they can be read in either order but I‘m weird like that). Loved Jesse and Charlotte and yeah, the whole thing takes place pretty quickly but but it kept me entertained.
This one isn't in the Litsy database but is a companion to the tagged book. It's been a hectic morning, but the weekly grocery annoyance is done, we re-pack the bulk meat that we buy elsewhere so now we've got enough chicken, beef, and roast to hold us for a couple weeks, and I folded and put away a couple loads of laundry. I wanted to talk a little bit more about 'Bad Neighbor' and the companion novel, 'Baby, Come Back' - both of which I love for addressing a facet of many relationships that often isn't covered: We need to understand that we are all flawed; but nonetheless deserve happiness and love. And more than that, we need to be strong enough to ask for it, maybe even demand our HEAs. Highly recommend both of these romances ❤️
Just received the second book in this series. Started reading after 9 pm and I am already 77% through it. M. O'Keefe elevates erotica. This book is poignant, romantic, and sexy.

pickI saw this on my litsy feed earlier and it looked like a quick & dirty read; but it turned out to be better - a well written story about damaged people who learn to ask for more than they think they deserve, and who come to understand that they actually *do* deserve better...
