I‘m a book lover and a knitter....so I went looking for Charmed Knits only to find it out of print. So I‘ll have to check with a second hand shop to get my hands on it...but...I did find these lovely books and mags. The highland knits one is calling me. #books #knittersoflitsy #knittinglove

JoyBlue I have Vampire Knits, too! 🧛‍♀️🦇I don‘t think I have the time or skills for it, yet; but hopefully someday! Are you on Ravelry? I use the same username there. 2y
TheBookbabeblog84 @JoyBlue Yes I use Ravelry; my name is BookbabeDe84 2y

In all honesty, this would've been a lot more exciting for me if it had crochet patterns in it, but it's 100% knitting, and I'm a crochet hoe. So I'm bummed that I can't use this at all. But the patterns are still super cool so I recommend this to those who knit! (does anyone know of any books/websites that have Harry Potter crochet patterns? Thank u) ⚡️

Eridau Are you on Ravelry? They have tons of patterns and you can filter by crochet patterns only. http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/harry-potter-crochet-blanket-pattern 3y
saresmoore @lemonlime799 I would trade lots of my money for a HP crochet book. Lots. Ravelry is great, but having it all in a book is WONDERFUL! 3y
saresmoore @kmdartist !!! That is fabulous, thank you! 3y

Finished my jumper! It's a bit lumpy and bumpy and the arms are a bit too long (totally my fault, not the pattern) but I think that just adds to the Weasley charm! 😁

thegirlwiththelibrarybag It's perfection! I'm a lousy knitter (I can do garter stitch badly, and only with copious amounts of encouragement) but the only thing holding me back from badgering my Nana (a knitting queen) to make me one is the climate (summer at the moment - and often not even cold enough in winter for a wool jumper) 3y
Tablet-and-Books @thegirlwiththelibrarybag One of the very few benefits of living in a wet and windy country! Jumpers become a necessity in winter in Scotland. 3y
thegirlwiththelibrarybag I don't believe that! (But then every ridiculously hot Australian summer has me considering applying for citizenship in a wet and windy country) 3y

Smokey: my knitting partner for tonight. She's not been much help to be perfectly honest. At least she's stopped trying to bite the wool like she was earlier. 😊

Quick update on the Weasley Jumper! The front and back of the jumper are complete. Just to work on the arms now and hopefully I can be done by Christmas!

megt This looks awesome! 3y

Been meaning to get back into knitting so I've decided to jump straight in with attempting to make a Weasley jumper. I've never made a jumper before so I'll see how it goes.

moranadatter Wow! Jumping back in the deep end! 3y
Tablet-and-Books This will either get me back into knitting or put me off forever! 😊 3y
