#NovemberByTheNumbers From my TBR shelf, this book has been lingering a long time! My SIL gifted it to me last October 2016 & I just haven't felt like reading it...it's NF about the Jewish Ghetto in Shanghai during WWII ~ @shawnmooney does this interest you???

emilyhaldi Kind of surprised you‘re not interested by this one? 6y

Cinfhen Right?! @emilyhaldi it's kind of dry, and I feel bad saying that because it's somebody's personal story/ history and I don't want to trivialize their experience 😢 @TricksyTails @Cathythoughts @LeahBergen I'm gonna give it one more shot otherwise I smell a #giveaway 6y
Reviewsbylola Sounds pretty intriguing. 6y
Mdargusch I️ love that cover though. It has to be good inside! 6y
Cinfhen It's not grabbing me @Mdargusch @Reviewsbylola if it doesn't click on the third try it's up for a #giveaway 6y

Some books I found with #NumberTitles I've read 2, tried reading two others and have yet to open one. The tagged book was given to me by my SIL, as her grandparents escaped from Austria and were forced to live in the Shanghai Jewish Ghetto. I started this book on two occasions but haven't been able to read through.

erzascarletbookgasm The tagged book sounds interesting. Is it a difficult read or too heartbreaking? 7y
Cinfhen It's a little dry, I feel bad saying it's boring because it's somebody's life story but I'm not engaged as a reader 😞 @erzascarletbookgasm 7y
