The illustrations are very simple and stand out against the white pages. This would be a good story for younger grades as it does not have a lot of words and an easy to understand plot.

I would use this book in my future classroom, because it is a very cute book with a funny ending that children would enjoy.
I like how at the end, the inchworm is smarter and tricks the nightingale into singing with its eyes closed while the inchworm inches away. I would read this as a fun book!

This a humorous book, but can have a lot of meaning behind the inch worm. Easy for any classroom with young kids.

I love how the worm escapes the bird! He is extremely clever to think of this alternative.
pickThis book entails many different animals that talk which is appealing to readers. The illustrations are so creative and vibrant! The author does a great job to establish the usefulness of the worm in order to overcome obstacles.
