Pickpick

The second book in the trilogy about the large Lytton family is soapy fun even if it feels like it took forever to read.

Nute I haven‘t come across this author in a very long time. Thanks for reminding me of this trilogy. I remember getting lost in her ‘big‘ novels. 6mo

Mehso-so

800+ pages of soapy family saga in a realistic historical context.

Rather predictable plot, too often characters were annoying, but still - it is an enjoyable easy read.

This #shelfie is of my newest shelves. My boss bought these as part of my Christmas present to put on my new to me desk. This picture was actually taken the day I received them. There are more books crammed on them now. #riotgrams
