An unexpected Sunday Amazon delivery arrived - "The Deluxe Transitive Vampire: The Ultimate Handbook of Grammar for the Innocent, the Eager, and the Doomed" and a horror novel "The White Road". The grammar book is delightful and full of wonderful, quirky illustrations. The novel is set on Mount Everest to indulge my addiction to horror set in freezing and remote locations.
