I finish the book with a content heart! I have no regret buying this book though it was chosen based on its skin 🤭 But the synopsis still piqued my interest okay! 😉 Its my first book from Tere Liye and I gotta say I love his writing. Nothing drives me mad except trying to understand certain words that I don‘t familiar with. Everything else is just fine.

I really enjoy this book. No kidding. Its fantastic and adventurous. Where else will you be able to join a brutal gang, poking someone‘s eye socket and dig their eyeballs out and throw em into the sea?

Six of Crows | Leigh Bardugo

I FREAKING LOVE THIS BOOK. LIKE REALLY REALLY LOVE IT. What am I going to do with this heartache of not wanting the story to end? 🥺 Those six miserable misfits completely make this book fantastic. Kaz, Inej, Nina, Matthias, Jesper and Wylan. I WANT TO JOIN THEIR SQUAD PLEASE! The characters are truly the bomb and sorry to say that favouritism has no place in this book. Never. Cause I love each one of them equally! Period.

Reading this book gives me numerous feelings. Alina and her team bloodshed-journey of finding firebird; the third amplifier to her power; turned out to be miserable. There‘s a betrayal that pissed me off, the humorous part that insanely make me laugh, the death that make me grief and the affection that give hopes.

I don't care if you think I'm a Saint or a fool or the Darkling's whore. If you want to remain at the Little Palace you will follow me. And if you don't like it, you will be gone by tonight, or I will have you in chains. I am a solider. I am the Sun Summoners. And I'm the only chance you have.” — Alina Starkov

Daring, enchanting and addicting! 😍 I absolutely love this book. Even the cover is marvellous! This Beauty & The Beast retelling is beautifully written but in much darker and venturous theme than the original; gory scene, horses, weapons, wars which excites me.

This is the second book of Hamka that Ive read recently. Absolutely a great masterpiece from him.

I love this book very much. The writing, every bits of words is just mesmerising. Segala isu tentang adat, perbezaan pangkat, harta, janji, dendam, perasaan dan moral value yang diselitkan dalam buku ni memang benda yang kita hadap hari-hari. Boleh rasa apa yang Zainuddin rasa. Sedih.

The epitome of living in denial. Desperate to be superior and humiliation is their kryptonite. A very good read that enlighten my grasp about narcissism.

I love love this book despite how annoying it was for me to guess who‘s the another psycho in the story. Ive been doubting all the character in every single pages. 😆 Obviously not really good at guessing, or perhaps the plot and the characters are superb that I‘m blind to see the devil 😈 behind the angelic 😇 traits

I love this book despite the sexually explicit content. Such a page turner and i enjoyed reading it till the last page. 💛 I dont know how it feels to be born differently but somehow i understand the fear of rejection and wanting to be socially accepted in society. To whom it may concern, just believe in yourself and surround yourself with only positive people who value everything you are even with your peculiarity.

I dont know how to describe this book. Why would Alicia refused to speak after killing her husband? Why did she do that when the fact is she loved her husband so much? She went mute and silence for several years. As the story unfold why she did that, i just realised how heart wrenching it is. Truly sad and melancholic if you immersed yourself into Alicia‘s life.

“Is she powerful enough to take the stars out of the sky?” ✨ — A girl who can speak to gods must save her people without destroying herself. This book revolves around magic and power, the war between the divine and the heretics. I enjoy reading this book till the end and definitely gonna read the sequel. It fascinates me the way they use their magic even though its pretty gory and intense. 🤪 But i guess its what make this book gratifying 🖤

I don‘t really enjoy it though. But it helps knocking some sense into me. As the title said it, it tells you not to give a fuck about everything but only to things that matter the most, to differentiate what‘s important and what‘s not. But this book elaborates and explains more about the consequences of whatever we choose, what the result will be, why, how and more. Inspiring. ✨

Poppy is an incredible and smart woman who never been out of town and her curiosity got her into trouble that might ruins her reputation. She has been kidnapped by a pirates! But instead of having a terrifying voyage, she‘s been treated kindly by a charming Captain Andrew and his men. Nothing slavery and brutal but alluring, brilliant and witty. Truly delightful and makes you want more of the lovey dovey.

Well, no kidding, but this book is full of sweetness (beware of getting a diabetes!) and sentimental values. It tells me that no matter how hard the world knocks you down, how painful it is when people disappoint you, how things don‘t go the way you want it to be, you can always create your happiness more than that second chance. Do it more than you are capable of to make yourself happy cause you deserve that. And everyone deserve that.
