I am of African descent through my father so when I first heard about Children of Blood and Bone, I was happy. While I was taking a Creative Writing class, I borrowed a copy from my teacher.

I was 12 when I first heard of the Hunger Games. At the time, I wasn‘t interested but my friends insisted that I read it. So, I did and I fell in love. I even spent free time at school (even lunch!) reading it and I was so absorbed into it that my girl friends were so happy! 1000/10 stars!
