This book is an introduction to those new to mediation, mindfulness, and spirituality. Though, I would not count on it as a place to research, it is a way to find something to branch off of. This book offers you the opportunity to briefly be introduced to different kinds of mediation, via explaining personal and outside experience. If you like books that give vague explanations and a starting point for a new journey you will enjoy this book!

Stevie.Sander The book is told in a second person POV as the author explains how you can preform certain meditations. It does switch occasionally to first person POV when they relay personal experiences, but primarily the book is in second person POV. They do this by using pronouns such as ¨you¨ when explaining how a reader can practice the meditation techniques throughout the guide. The explanations are told as if the reader is preforming them. Pickpick

Brought through Alice's' journey of self acceptance, readers are tossed into a world of madness. Alice falls down the rabbit hole (literally) into Underland, a place of talking animals, the strangest of characters, and the deadly rule of the Red Queen. Alice fights to help the kingdom be rid of its tyrant and return home. If you like books that push the boundaries of reality and encourage strangeness you should read this!

Stevie.Sander There is a strong theme of embracing ones self in this book. Alice is pushed to be a proper woman by those around her. Alice's journey through Underland forces her to embrace the strangest parts of her mind. When faced with fighting the Red Queen's Champaign the Jabberwocky during the final battle, her faith in herself and the acceptance of who she is give her the strength and courage to defeat the creature. 2y
