This book is an introduction to those new to mediation, mindfulness, and spirituality. Though, I would not count on it as a place to research, it is a way to find something to branch off of. This book offers you the opportunity to briefly be introduced to different kinds of mediation, via explaining personal and outside experience. If you like books that give vague explanations and a starting point for a new journey you will enjoy this book!

Stevie.Sander The book is told in a second person POV as the author explains how you can preform certain meditations. It does switch occasionally to first person POV when they relay personal experiences, but primarily the book is in second person POV. They do this by using pronouns such as ¨you¨ when explaining how a reader can practice the meditation techniques throughout the guide. The explanations are told as if the reader is preforming them.
