Laughterhp I‘m currently trying to read this one. I haven‘t gotten into enough to like it yet. It‘s probably my first true crime. 6y

Just listened to this as an audiobook - read by David Lynch! I keep the paper version by my bed, but it was amazing to listen to him read it. Wonderful meditations on creativity and life. - @malloryomeara

An incredible feminist dystopian journey that made me not want to put it down because I was so worried about the main character.

Christine I loved this book so much (and loved hearing you talk about it on the podcast)! And, like most of the books I read, I got it from the library. 📚💪 (edited) 6y
bookishlyblessed I just picked this up. I was on the fence because so many people have given warnings about it, if you are trying to get pregnant it could freak you out. But after listening to the podcast I decided I'm not that squeamish and went out and bought it. 6y
kristina_with_a_k The Round House by her is great as well. 6y

A look into the inside of a teenage girl‘s brain as she explores the 90s Portland punk scene. It‘s written exactly like teenage girls talk, which sounds like it‘d be weird, but it‘s so compelling and fun!

CheshireKal I read this book when I was in high school in the ‘90s and LOVED it. They made it into a terrible movie I couldn‘t get through. 6y
