Fun book. And love the Christmas decorations. There were three more colors, but this post only allows one photo.

I tried again and had the story emailed to me. Now I can open it in Bluefire and presumably read it. When I have time. :)

Reading this now, but wanted to vent about another matter. I was offered a free short story through book funnel. It works on the computer/Kindle but not on my phone. :( No story.

This book was just as good as the others in the series. There‘s a djinn in it!

This, I think, is book 22, in this series set in Istanbul. As usual it seems to be a good read, but I‘m only about to start on chapter 8. I guess I‘ll soon know.

Maybe the last book in a totally fascinating series. Set in Tibet with a Chinese main character. As usual, reviews on Wordpress and Tumblr.

After all these years this excellent series has come to an end. It feels sad. I would have enjoyed reading more books in the series. Still, despite some fears for the future and some introspection, Nicholas is in a good place at the end. I‘m wondering what would have happened to him and his family (young newlywed son, with a baby) during the revolution. Many titles in this series is available in English (excellent translation).

It feels sad to be reading the very last book in this series. I know it will be a while until I read a book in French again. After this I‘ll be reading German books (as well as, naturally, books in Swedish and English). So far this book is very exciting, more action than in a long time.

Since I still don‘t have access to a computer, this will be brief. I loved this book. It‘s well written, historic and a really good mystery. As if that wasn‘t enough, I loved most characters. Some are real people from 16th century England. There was also a completely unexpected twist towards the end.

This time I will definitely get through the whole book. I got a huge, heavy dictionary but for now Google translate is helping me with a few difficult words.

I just read this and quite liked it. If someone had told me maybe a year ago, that I‘d start reading - and liking - ‘paranormal mysteries‘ I wouldn‘t have believed them. Yet here I am. So far I‘ve started reading three series about paranormal mysteries and liked them all. This is the third and maybe the one I like a little less than the others. Werewolves, typos and something that would take too much explaining. Other that it was great.

In the past year we've travelled a lot and moved a few times. We're really tired of staying in hotel rooms and other rented spaces, as well as living in rented apartments. So we got this caravan. We really love it. From now on, there will be no more dragging luggage around. And I'm still working on reading that German children's book. Once we've settled down, I'll give it my full attention.

This is going to be tough, despite my new German-Swedish and Swedish-German dictionary. Sorry about the weird characters. It's the so called umlaut - the little dots over certain letters. I'll have to see how it goes. Right now it feels overwhelming, even though it's just a children's book. I have studied German for a while though, so I should be able to do it. Blog post about it on https://crimsoncorundum.wordpress.com.

I want get to started on this one but I've lost track of my old school dictionary. Of course I could just read it anyway but I like to look up every single word. I found one for My Kindle or probably the Kindle app but it's a bad time to buy new stuff right now. Hopefully the old dictionary will turn up.
