currently reading ACOWAR and eeep! it's getting super intense. i found the most part of the book to be really really slow, but things are finally starting to pick up!💪🏼

safe to say that renee ahdieh is my auto-read authors. i love the diversity in her books. flame in the mist happens to be set in one of my favorite locations - japan!

read_and_seek I recently read Seven Days of You which is set in Tokyo, and OMG I loved it SO much!! Can't wait to read Flame in the Mist though, I adore Renee Ahdieh's writing💞 7y

loooove this book! flew through it in two days - the twists and suspense were gripping, the characters were interesting, and there was little romance involved (which was refreshing). highly recommend it!

One of my favorite books of this year (thus far)✨ Here's what you need to know about the book: Hitler won the war. A girl joins a motorbike race. Girl plans to kill hitler. Lots of plot twists. Much epicness. Flawless writing. Action. Historical fiction. Hint of romance. Nuff said. READ IT.

Josie Sounds brilliant! 8y

4/5 swords⚔

@This "retelling" of Jane Eyre is such a wicked read! I love how the main protagonist can be kick-ass and tough while still being able to rock a gaudy dress?definitely recommended!

3/5 swords⚔

I feel like the whole plot was really stretched and it ended up being bored half-way through the book. What I do adore though are the mythical beings and setting! I also really like the characters of the book. If you're a fan of slow-paced fantasy/action, i'd recommend this book!✨

4.5/5 tacos🌮

It's unlike anything I've ever read before! This book reminded me of All The Bright Places with their quirky characters and unique interactions. Everything just weaves through flawlessly and it all feels so real. So much happens in just a span of 180+ pages! Highly recommended!
