I'm not readathoning today, since I need my sleep. But I did do some #audiocooking with a suitably autumn read. And Zuppa Toscana Soup with a side of cornbread. Both in the Instant Pot, which is my new best friend. #booksoup #soupandabook #yummmmmmm

BarbaraTheBibliophage @Cathythoughts Do you mean to ask what the Instant Pot is? It's a pressure cooker with lots of fail-safes and help that the old ones never had. It doesn't always make food in an "instant" but it always has a good depth of flavor. One of my other soup secrets is using homemade chicken or beef stock. I think the flavor is richer than the store bought. 6y
