Graywacke Sometimes one way, sometimes the other, but I think I read best when I have several going at once. Currently I‘m reading one at a time (well, sort of. one audio, one print...) 6y

Traci1 Several at once, and it's getting out of hand. I had 10 going over the weekend, but I've finished (and given up on) enough that I'm down to 5. I'm going to try to keep it under that from now on. 6y

cherinium Before Litsy, I was a believer in reading one book at a time, but it would often take me weeks to months to finish one book (I suppose because I could only read that book when I was in the mood for it). I decided to see what it was like to have more than one going about a year ago, and I quite like it! I read so much more this way. 📖➡️📚👍 6y

Bourriquet76 Several, but usually dramatically different ones. Just finished a historical fiction and reading a contemporary fiction and a non fiction, about to start a mystery. I need to compartmentalize plots, so different genres help. 6y
