This book was surprisingly good. I was entertained the whole way, even though the actual mermen didn‘t appear until the latter part of the book. The design of the mermen was imaginative. I liked all the characters in the story and felt I learned things too.

Maybe it‘s the cold, maybe it‘s the fact that it‘s dark at 5 (or shortly after), or maybe it‘s the heaviness I feel in this world, but I need to get my reading mojo back because I haven‘t finished one book yet! #currentlyreading #bookwormloading #winterblues

Well, I put off reading this for as long as I possibly could knowing that this was the final ‘Patrick Bowers‘ book. I‘m sad ‘cause I really loved these characters & all the plot-lines, twists, turns and revelations so much. Highly recommend all the ‘Bowers‘ books❤️‍🔥😏

On a better note, this is another 2024 series wrap-up for me!🥳🤓📚
