Mehso-so

This was a YA romp through the Greek Underworld starring Persephone and Hades...who is in fact, also a woman. The storytelling is a little simplistic, but I'm all for portraying positive #lgbtq romances in this day and age. #betterworldbookchallenge #fairytale #readharder #readharder17 #lgbtqromance #rc18 #lgbtqrelationship

Miseducation of Cameron Post | Emily M Danforth

Pickpick

I loved Cameron so much, such an amazing book. I cried at times but was more angry and frustrated at times. I could relate to Cameron so well, after being brought up in a Pentecostal church (I have a gay sister and a gay brother)I thought of my sister throughout this book as I know she was looked upon as a sinner from my dad's side of the family. My only complaint about the book is that the ending was very rushed and I would liked it to be longer

DeborahSmall Danforth's prose is sublime. Her descriptions of rural Montana were beautiful, I connected with this book in so many ways. It will stay with me for a long time ❤️ 7y
