I'm enjoying getting back into this world. A Winter's Promise was my book from my first #page1books subscription box, and I liked it so much, I immediately ordered the sequel. Such an interesting world!

pickI thoroughly enjoyed this essay collection of authors around the world writing about bookstores they have loved. This was my March book in my #page1books subscription box, and it was a spot-on choice. Leitner and I by Sasa Stanisic was my favorite essay. He wrote tongue-in-cheek as if books were drugs and bookstore owners were the dealers. I laughed out loud several times. This is a great book about books, especially for armchair travelers.
My Christmas present from my husband was a six-month subscription to Page 1 Books. My first box just arrived, and I'm so excited to read the book! And eat the chocolate bar. 😁 #page1books
