I have to say that the first 50 pages or so were slow, but then it picked up and I got hooked. Sam is an ex-CIA that wants his kid back from the Nine Suns. The Nine Suns are a criminal organization comprised of criminals from around the world. They will give Sam his kid back, if he kills someone for them.

She's been in a wheelchair since she was 6 due to a freak accident. Now at 19, she's feeling sorry for herself bc she can't do what others her age are able to do. While the young kids are courting, she doesn't think she'll ever get courted or even married. ⬇️
