"...?? ??? ????? ?? ???????? ????? ???, ?? ??????, ??? ??????? ?????? ????? ???? ?? ??????? ???? ?????? ??? ????? ?????? ??????? ?????."⁣

Teen fiction that delves deep into themes of depression, suicide, & mental illness. Konigsberg does an amazing job putting the reader inside the head of someone who is bipolar. #StayAnotherDay #NotAlone

Stopped by the Library today and was greeted by this cart. Managed to control myself to not fill a bag on the last day of the Labor Day Sale, but ... I did choose a free Harlequin book to celebrate the anniversary. I have never read one! #60yearsharlequin

melissajayne I haven‘t either. 6y
Ddzmini Awe memories my grandma read these and that‘s how I learned to read 😋📖 it‘s so awesome to know that I can still grab one and remember her 😊😇 6y
DivineDiana @Ddzmini So nice! 💗 6y

I'm tapping out at page 485. I'm glad this book brings so much joy to so many. I've enjoyed lurking on the #epicbuddyread discussions and seeing everyone's enjoyment! Unfortunately, I really dislike Kvothe, I don't like how the female characters are handled, and I'm bored. Rothfuss is not a bad writer, but this just isn't for me.

DGRachel Bless you! Finally someone else who shares my opinion of Kvothe! I tried to listen to this on audiobook and got probably 3/4 of the way through, if not further, and I just. Couldn‘t. Take. Anymore! #notalone 6y
readordierachel @DGRachel Phew! I'm glad it's not just me! That's about as far as I made it too (in print). 6y
Flaneurette I‘ve always suspected I would feel the exact same way about this book. Thank you for your review, now I can safely leave it off my tbr! 6y

readordierachel @DGRachel I got so annoyed with him being the absolute best there ever was at everything almost immediately. I could've done with a nice training montage showing some failures before he succeeded! 6y
JSW I finished it and had no desire to read more. Ever. 6y
batsy Gosh, 485 pages is a lot to have endured! ♥️ How long is the book? 6y
DGRachel @ReadOrDieRachel OMG! Yes! He‘s ego was even bigger than the book! 6y
GrilledCheeseSamurai Awww. That's too bad. I adore these books but I guess they can't all be winners all the time! Hope your next choice is amaze-balls awesome! 👍 6y
readordierachel @Flaneurette Glad to be of help 🙃. But a lot of people really love it, so don't let me sway you too much if you're interested. 6y
readordierachel @JSW Now I don't feel so bad about bailing! 6y
readordierachel @batsy My copy is 722 pages...😱 6y
readordierachel @GrilledCheeseSamurai Thanks 😊! I'm happy to hear you adore them! Like I said, I love that this book makes people so happy. Life would be boring if we all always liked the same books! 6y
GrilledCheeseSamurai @ReadOrDieRachel 100% Agree! 👍❤️ 6y
cocomass You did yourself a favor. And now you never have to read the second book which is ludicrous. 6y
readordierachel @cocomass And even longer! 6y
Moray_Reads You got much further than I did! 6y
readordierachel @Moray_Reads I kept hoping things would turn around! Like maybe it would be revealed that Kvothe is an unreliable narrator and everything he says is a lie. How far did you get? 6y
Moray_Reads @ReadOrDieRachel Not even 200 pages, he didn't even get to the university! I was already tired of him being amazing at everything and I was rolling my eyes so much I was afraid of doing myself permanent damage 🙄 6y
readordierachel @Moray_Reads 😂😂😂 I feel you 6y

Pickpick

Another book I started, and then couldn't put down. Told with brutal honesty and unabashed humor, it is the story of pain, anguish, and hope after a life-changing diagnosis. I read it with tears of sorrow and joy streaming down my face. For those that are lost, and for those that have the courage to be found. #mentalhealthmatters #powerful #notalone #ittakesavillage #bethereforsomeone #hope

Listening to this on audioboook. I first read Lirael as a teenager. As a lonely, depressed girl with a love of books and libraries, reading Lirael made me feel like I was not alone. #audiobooks #notalone

giraffe.honeybee Tim Curry as Mogget was by far the best part of this audiobook. I can't think of another narrator so perfectly suited for a role! 7y

Although my dismissal of potential suitors based on questionable grammar, punctuation, and spelling is likely just one of many reasons. #LitsyConfessions

Louise You might meet your match on Litsy, @katedfisher! The grammar is better here! LOL 😆 8y
katedensen @Louise Haha, keep your fingers crossed for me! Please tell any 28-38 year old male Litsy users in the NYC area to get in touch! Oy. 8y
