I enjoyed this fun book when I read it a couple years ago. I think Amy‘s husband had more of a classic #midlifecrisis when he left her for a younger woman & moved to Hong Kong, but I think her #momspringa trip to NYC is a bit of a cure for Amy‘s own crisis.

Catching up from yesterday. Technically Amy Byler‘s break was during the summer but I feel like this book has a bit of a spring break vibe and of course there is the whole #momspringa idea that could happen in any season. It‘s also a fun, breezy book for a break or vacay. 😎
Librarian and single mom of two Amy has to deal with her husband - who left her three years ago out of the blue - returning and trying to get back into her children's lives. She ends up leaving them with John for the summer, while she enjoys a #momspringa in New York with the help of best friends Talia and Lena. She falls for Daniel, a hot librarian. A very easy and fun book to read.
pick⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 stars. Read this partly as an audiobook. I liked the book, but I could have poked my eyes out whenever the word #momspringa was used, felt like overkill! But nevertheless, I enjoyed the story. Will be checking out more of the author‘s books!
