#TLT #ThreeListThursday Thanks @dabbe for another interesting list, where quite a few were new to me and look really interesting.
It's funny seeing this result, having quite a few Shakespeare plays helped boost this number. This year I have lined up to read again a modern adaptation of Shakespeare 's Othello, “New Boy“ by Tracy Chevalier.
This book is super fun and lighthearted, and I think students would enjoy reading this, it has some funny moments but also talk about Jelly becoming jealous which could be a lesson for students as well.
In “Narwhal‘s Otter Friend” written by Ben Clanton, in 2019, Ottie the explorer (otter) and Narwhal talk about their experiences. Ottie talks about surfing and partying with other animals. Then Ottie and Jelly the jellyfish give some facts about themselves. Jelly then goes on to talk about feeling left out. After going on an adventure with all three of them they bond and become very good friends!
This book might be better for parents/the home than in the classroom, but would still be a cute book for the classroom library!
“It was nice to have someone there in the dark when the scaries were around.“
Elmore Green gets a new sibling after being an only child. A book about sibling jealousy, adjusting to a new sibling, and realizing they can be your best friend!
“Let‘s go on an adventure together!”
