Cortg My piles are a little neater BUT I have dressers on each side of the bed rather than nightstands so there is a LOT of surface space for books to spread! 7y

Cortg @Jenshootsweddings Yes, dressers! It was the best configuration I could come up with due to window and door placements in a 1965 home. It actually works well and eliminates too much furniture. Just a bed, 2 dressers and a bench at the foot of the bed. 7y
LauraBrook Mine looks much the same. Only add a few of those books into a floor pile every night. One of my cats like to wake me up by pushing books on the floor sometimes. He's lucky he's cute! 7y
