Only got four books in for #MiddleGradeMarch and I didn‘t even get to my Jason Reynolds book but as always it was a joy to participate. Heidi was my favorite.

An affable lowlife wakes up after a night of drinking to the sight of a man with a deer head driving a Jeep. He has no memory of the night before, and quickly gets caught up in the strange town. Is it a bad trip, or something real? #comicscount

In this installment we see Olive reluctantly spend spring break with her father, whom she hasn‘t seeing in a long time, and learn the balance between social media and living in the moment. Book 6 in the fun mg graphic novel Click series.

Several magical young women support each other in their challenges and adventures. Like the first book, this second volume is charming and I have no doubt it is beloved by many readers. I still don't care for this series, but read it because I like the author's literary videos on YouTube (check her out at LavenderTowne! I particularly loved her Howl's Moving Castle video). #Comics #Magic

Slightly disjointed in parts, but otherwise a fun, empathetic high school cheerleading-squad graphic story inspired by King Lear.
