I‘m not a great judge of silly books, but this one felt a little flat to me. The monster concept is cute but doesn‘t quite make sense, and the librarian just going with the flow and inviting everyone to storytime came out of nowhere. The book eating did make me chuckle, though. #library #monster #picturebook

Fun graphic novel. Every time I see a donut machine, I think of Homer Price. This book will leave you hungry like a squirrel.

I have a chunk of days off for my birthday (officially on Tuesday) and have sprinkled little treats for myself throughout.

Today‘s moment of bliss has been brought to you by carbs — and, specifically, by creme brûlée donuts.

Pumpkin donut! Yummy! Checking this one off the bucket list. We're getting ready to head off to Kings Island Amusement Park, I kind of wish I had put that on my bucket list. Oh well.

“We use it as frisbee“ talking about their burnt pancake.

For 4-8 year olds. This is silly, funny, and entertaining for littles. The speech bubbles have minimal words and the longer words are split like part-part-whole. EX: pan-cake. It is a great book to learn new words.

Norma and Belly are searching out a donut instead of yucky nuts. The donut store they find is ran by a cranky old man. So their only option is to steal the donut!

This book was a good book that was had a lot of play on words that made it enjoyable. I loved it was set up like a comic strip.
