5/5⭐ Life changing. It's extremely clear and useful on its own, but if you have the means it can be really helpful to work through this book with a therapist.

Jumping in on the #weeklyforecast
Looks like I'm in for some strange and varying weather this week! James and the Giant Peach is the bedtime story pick for the little readers. I'm hoping to do a little inner work and read a chapter or two a day from Feeling Good as well as starting Fantastic Land for #lmpbc.
@Cinfhen

Cinfhen Awwww, I love your nighttime read!!! Who usually picks the books??? 4y
HeathHof @Cinfhen My daughter (the older of the two littlest) does. I'll usually throw out a few suggestions but she makes the call. As long as she's reading I'm happy😄 4y

Many of the things that scared me when I was younger no longer do now that I‘m an adult, some of those things I once feared I was forced to face, like the loss of a loved one. With that being said I still have a fear of drowning and of going insane/suffering from Alzheimer‘s or dementia. #TeamStoker #Scarathlon (+1 pt)

This book is a must for anyone interested in working in the behavioral or mental health field. It is an easy read detailing everything from the beginning of therapy to termination. This is a constant recommendation to all my students.

Feeling indeed better! Doing CBT and really like this book and the exercises in it. A great book if you are working on yourself. #feelinggood #assertiveness #beatingdepression #cbt #davidburns #cptsd
