No #SundayScaries here 🤩😌 One more day with my parents and then back home to reality tomorrow. I‘m enjoying this book (tagged here) but more so as a snacky “Cheeze-It” read. Nothing fancy, not mind blowing, but a good read 😊
I wasn‘t expecting to read this in May, but it became available after having been hard to find for months. So I read it in three days! It would have been two, but I was tired after a long day.
This is the seventh book in a series I started reading years ago for #whodunnitbymail back in the day. Thanks to @PatriciaU for suggesting that first book!
While this series has the “bones” to continue, I got strong conclusion vibes.

so-soThis is a direct sequel to The Satsuma Complex which I enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, Bob‘s shtick didn‘t work so well for me here. A smile or two, but no laughs and the story wasn‘t strong enough to make up for it. Not bad, but definitely disappointing.
