CindyMyLifeIsLit @DrSabrinaMoldenReads I am still subbing at a couple of schools in my district, so semi-retired is a more accurate description of my situation. I have officially retired and receive my retirement payment, but I usually sub 2-3 days per week. It has been enjoyable in that it allows me to interact with kids again, and to see my friends, all without the headache of all the responsibilities of being the teacher. 1w

dabbe @CindyMyLifeIsLit I don't want to sound like a broken record (#boomer!), but that's exactly what I did! I did AP testing, too, for the first 3 years I was retired. Then I subbed for “friend“ who had freshmen English all day. 😳I haven't been back since. 🤩 1w
