This is my favourite cookbook at the moment. All the recipes I've tried so far have been super tasty, especially the cauliflower tacos! May not be for everyone though, as it is both vegan and full of curse words.

Lindy It's a smart approach to vegan cooking: attractive photos of familiar fast food/comfort food, minus the meat, plus lots of encouragement for neophytes in the kitchen. Tolerance to the salty language will vary, but the cover gives a good indication of what to expect. 7y
