This passage/thinking reminds me of Frost‘s poem, The Road Not Taken.

I totally understand why people want to write poetry about the natural world. If I could write poetry to save my life, I‘d probably write some nature poetry too. Maybe even some poems about the ocean (I do love the ocean). 😏 (edited) 4y
