THE FUTURE!

Gonna finish the Ancilliary series, but this is the first #hardcover Leckie I've seen, so I had to snap it up.

These are a few of the books l plan to read this Fall. I have actually three #MissFisher lined up, and they are only a few of the novels #SetInFaveEra the 1920s that l plan to read

juliannebenford Definitely my fave era too! I can't get enough of it 😊 7y

#FallIntoBooks #SetInFaveEra

I have many novels set in the 1920s around the world. These are a few set in the British Isles.
True, most are mystery, but that's because l'm a mystery reader too. What best may l wish dir than a blend of my two favourite genre?

#SetInFaveEra! The Fabulous Fifties! 🎙🎶🎵📻📺

I've read 4 of these so far. Any other suggestions for books set in the 1950s?

#FallIntoBooks

BookBabe The Fifties weren't perfect, but for me there's much to appreciate: Elvis, rock'n'roll, sock hops, doo wop, dancing to the jukebox, the clothes, the cars, the colors, the hairstyles, going steady and wearing his ring around your neck (or his pin or ID bracelet), drive-ins, an era of surplus rather than deprivation...I could go on and on! ❤️ 7y
bookish.escape I love anything that has to do with the 50's too!! I always thought I was born in the wrong generation lol!! 7y
Cortg I read both Circle of Friends and The Reader that I believe we're set on the 50's and I have Snow Falling on Cedar that is in my TBR list. ❤️ 7y

#fallintobooks #setinfaveera

For as long as I can remember, I've been obsessed with the late Victorian Era (1865 and later). I love to read about the emergence of science and pseudoscience, the New Woman and early feminism, Jack the Ripper, and the original horror and mystery stories. Here are some favourites!

Day 21 #FallIntoBooks #setinfaveera I've posted about most of these books before but World War II era books are my definite favorites, especially when they have different perspectives as many of these nine do. I've read and enjoyed all but the center tagged book which is in my #TBR pile for an upcoming blog book tour review. 📚💜

JaclynW This is one of my favorite eras too. And I can't believe I haven't read ANY of the ones pictures here! MORE TBR!! 7y
Posemn Wow! These all look like they are right up my alley and I don't think I have read any of them. Gotta start stacking. Thanks @DebinHawaii! 7y
Jaimelire Great list of books. I've read two....will make sure to add the rest to my TBR 7y

My favorite era is probably medieval for fantasy / adventure and regency for more romantic stories.

Next up on my TBR is the story of Marianne von Lingenfels, which is #setinfaveera. One of my favorite eras is WWII. The back says that fans of The Nightingale would fall in love with this novel so I was sold after having read that. #fallintobooks

Texreader This is a good book told from perspectives I had not read before from this era. 7y
Hollie @Texreader I can't wait to get it started! 7y
