4 Stars • The Perfect Roommate by Minka Kent is a psychological thriller about Meadow, a shy college senior who moves in with confident Lauren after answering a roommate ad. Their seemingly perfect friendship unravels as Meadow uncovers Lauren‘s dark secrets, leading to paranoia and a shocking confrontation. A fast-paced, twisty standalone novel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Another Freida that did not disappoint…even though this one didn‘t have a huge twist as her other books, it was still a great fast-paced thrilling read to me😱🩷

Obsessive dark minded characters- a compelling and addictive read.Juliette considers herself to be the perfect girlfriend, she is attractive, romantic, obsessed, psychotic and deeply in love.I love an unhinged character, the more disturbing they are the better.Juliette is determined to win her ex boyfriend back. The suspense and tension build in this book was so well done. Unexpected twists, this was one heck of an addictive page turner for me.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mehso-so

I found this book weirdly compelling to start with and then it started to drag a little. I‘m not a sci fi fan so that may have affected my opinion. It began to get somewhat repetitive and I found it just an odd story. Thought provoking at times, though, with an interesting ending which redeemed it a little for me. “One day all humans will be made this way!” (car advert) 😆 Oh, I do hope not. 😯. F2f book group read. 3⭐️

“Sometimes it's not the people that change. It's the mask that falls off.”

Dark psychological thriller with several POVs and timelines that threw me around a bit and became confusing. But good twists and voices to for audioscrapbooking.

September 6, 2025 I would give this book 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The book, as usual, was put down maybe twice, or three times. However, when I picked it up the fourth time, I actually continued to read because the pages would go by fast. After halfway, the story sped up and@more was revealed.

September 6, 2025 Welp, good news is that Abby and Sam are alive. Monica shot herself because she knew that Abby had won. As a result, in the end, Abby and Sam were able to keep the baby. The baby that was delivered safely in the NICU. The baby was named David: very small, beautiful, and looked a lot like Sam.
Abby was very happy to have finally called herself a parent because she and Sam were waiting to have a kid of their own.

Although when the talk, she finds out that Monica paid her $200 to say that she was her roommate: FALSE. Monica deceived Abby
