Okay, so I‘ve already wished everyone a happy New Years, but it‘s officially 2018 here in England and I was wondering what everyone‘s 2018 reading list looks like?? My New Years bookish resolution is to jump out of my comfort zone and read as many weird and wonderful books as possible! Recommendations welcome please!

Book_Shark @TricksyTails Much love to yours too!! 6y
TieDyeDude Thanks for the follow. I'm loving the Obama Inheritance. I've only read two stories, but the first imagines Michelle as a member of a secret women's strike force, and the second has Obama and Biden as time-traveling Star Trek-ish crew members 6y
Book_Shark @GoodForCirculation Thanks for the fantastic recommendations! 6y
BethM He's adorable! 6y
Book_Shark @BethM thank you!! 6y
Cortg Happy New Year! The weirdest book I read in 2017 was The Hotel New Hampshire by John Irving. I loved it for it‘s quirkiness. 6y
Book_Shark @Cortg will have to add it to my TBR!! 6y
SomedayAlmost John Irving is good reading. Weirdest book I've read in a while is the very dark "Geek Love" by Katherine Dunn. I liked it but you have to ride out the intensity & not all the freak show characters are likable in any way! Also some of the satirical attacks on ableism did not sit well with my friends. 6y
Book_Shark @SomedayAlmost will add it to my TBR! Thanks! 6y
