If you have blog posts with lists we can compile from, we'll take those too.

Original post for reference: http://litsy.com/p/Zlhqek00WmFy

Feel free to make your own posts w/the #overit hashtag too. Many of you have already after @lemonlime799's post & it's been immensely helpful.

I will be at BRLive this weekend but will check in often. Offer always open for pep talks & hope. Let's learn & take action together. #LitJustice #OverThis ❤️💪🏼

queerbookreader Keep the recs coming, everyone, you're killing it. I'll be gathering up the titles you give us over this weekend. Hit me up if you have any questions, comments, or you want a pep talk 💞 8y
Moray_Reads I recommend following Nikesh Shukla on Twitter. He edited The Good Immigrant and his feed is full of recs for BAME/POC writers/artists etc. He's doing a sterling job over here in the UK 💙💚💛💜❤ 8y
KVanRead Not a book, but this letter from Leslie Knope made me feel better today. Def one to share with our daughters. http://www.vox.com/first-person/2016/11/10/13580582/leslie-knope-donald-trump 8y

KVanRead HuffPost also put out this great resource list of ways to take action. http://huff.to/2eLJxOA 8y
8little_paws @BookishFeminist I'll be there this weekend too! 8y
JessReads I'll be at BR Live this weekend, too! Hope to see you there. Can't wait to see what this reading list looks like when it's finished! 8y
BookishFeminist @JessReads It's going to be amazing. This list is looking so baller I can't believe all of Litsy's wonderful people. But yes I will see you there! If not beforehand at Book Culture. 😆 you're at the broadway location right? My friend I'm staying with is a few blocks from there and no doubt I'll stop by. 8y
BookishFeminist @8little_paws 💪🏼💪🏼 can't wait to meet you!! 8y
BookishFeminist @KVanRead @Moray_Reads Thank you guys! Keep em coming if you think of more. These are awesome! 8y
Broke_Girl_Reads I think I'm going to put together a reading list on abilities too! Making these book lists is what's pulling me out of the void and I'm more appreciative of this community than ever 💖 8y
KVanRead Have fun at BR. Looking forward to your posts! 8y
8little_paws @BookishFeminist I'm hosting the crafting meet up on Sunday 8y
utterKATEness I don't know if you have this one already or not, but Walt Whitman's [States!], or the 5th in the 1860 Calamus sequence. It's been very helpful for me. 8y
Theresa @KVanRead The Leslie Knope & HuffPo articles are great! Thank you for sharing!! 8y
queerbookreader @Broke_Girl_Reads I would LOVE to see a reading list on abilities if you're down for it. Yay. Go team. 8y
queerbookreader @KVanRead Thank you for your article recs!! Love huffpost. If you come across anymore, throw them up here! @Moray_Reads I'll get on that ASAP he sounds rad af 8y
queerbookreader @utterKATEness Very cool, thank you for the recs! ✨ 8y
queerbookreader @BookishMarginalia Thank youuuu, you've always got great recommendations. I love it. I've been trying to clear up space on my reading schedule to read White Trash! Keep the recs coming if you have any more ✊🏽 8y
JessReads Yeah, that's where I am! But I actually have the whole weekend off for the conference. I'm here tonight, but then I won't be working again until Monday! We'll have to catch each other at BRL 😊 8y
BookishFeminist @JessReads I'm here through Wednesday so you'll probably see me both places 😂 Just arrived! 8y
Hooked_on_books Looks like you have all the ones I would suggest already. Here's another (which you may already have): 8y
BookishFeminist @Hooked_on_books Oh that looks like a good one!! Thank you! I am down for all of the recs on islamophobia and Muslim cultures/countries bc I hate hearing these heartbreaking stories of abuse levied at Muslim folks. 8y
[DELETED] 1409720085 I love seeing everyone come together like this. 8y
Moray_Reads @emilydecato I've retreated from a lot of other social media. Litsy seems to be the only place seeking positive responses 8y
JessReads Haha great! Swing by tonight if you want to borrow my employee discount 👍🏻 8y
BookishFeminist @JessReads 😯 seriously?! You're awesome. What time are you there until? A nap beckons right now but if you'll be there for a while, count me in! 8y
JessReads Hah I'm here until 11, so you have time! 8y
BookishFeminist @JessReads Goodie! I'll likely stop by with my friend once he's off work. I've got to get Phoebe Robinson's book before Saturday! 8y
queerbookreader @Hooked_on_books That's an awesome recommendation, thank you so much! Check out this one I'm reading now 8y
seebiscan Documentary: Girl Rising 8y
JessReads Sounds good! If I'm not in the store (might be on my break, depending on the time), just ask my coworker to call me in the break room! 8y
queerbookreader @seebiscan Thanks for the recommendation! I'm a major documentary junkie 8y
seebiscan @lemonlime799 No problem! Another I just thought of--Miss Representation. 8y
TheNextBook I heart you so much for this! I am #overthis and I think the more we learn from each other, the more we can educate others and be #strongertogether. This is amazing. 8y
KVanRead @Theresa Glad you liked them @lemonlime799 Will do. Loving this thread.💕💕💕 8y
queerbookreader @brendanmleonard He made a reading list??? That's exciting, thank you so much for sharing! 8y
moranadatter Has anyone mentioned podcasts like Popaganda and Witch, Please yet? 8y
Loretta Possibly mentioned but I'm hoping to read this soon. If this turns into a book club let me know. A friend and I are also going to be organizing a group on Facebook to connect people for volunteer and activism opportunities in the Boston area. I'm going to be reaching out on all my social media once we've got it going. 8y
BookishFeminist @kmdartist No they haven't but I love podcast recs too! Also 2 Dope Girls with my lady Phoebe Robinson ✨✨ 8y
queerbookreader @DragonSadhana Very cool, thank you for the recs! 8y
queerbookreader @Loretta That book sounds super interesting, thank you so much for mentioning it. For now I think we just have plans to make this a syllabus, but we're hoping to spread it all over god's creation so this might be a cool thing to put in your group! What you're doing is rad. You can make some serious difference in Boston. Keep it up, and let me know if there's something we can do to help! 8y
BookishFeminist http://www.nybooks.com/daily/2016/11/10/trump-election-autocracy-rules-for-survi... Masha Gessen NY Times articles - autocracy rules for survival 8y
BookishFeminist @lemonlime799 THANK YOU FOR HELPING I LOVE YOU. So nice to know you're killing it while I'm out of town 😘😘 8y
Hooked_on_books This is focused on the refuge crisis in Europe, but is definitely social justice and parallels can be drawn: 8y
queerbookreader @Hooked_on_books That's a great suggestion too, it's a major global topic that definitely has ties here to our politics. Will definitely add onto the list! 8y
LauraBeth @bookishfeminist - How are you able to get the URL that links back to your original Litsy post? I want to reference an earlier post for someone but have no idea how to do it 😀 8y
BookishFeminist @LauraBeth The arrow next to the stack button allows you to share a post! I usually click copy & it copies the link. If that doesn't work you can click to text message it and then just copy the URL that way. 😀 8y
LauraBeth @BookishFeminist WHY have I never noticed that?! 😂😂 thanks! 8y
BookishFeminist @LauraBeth 😂 It's not super easy to figure out - I didn't until I saw a video on Litsy's Instagram page for how to share a post. But you're welcome! 8y
Moray_Reads I'm reading an essay by Zadie Smith on the interwar broadcasts of EM Forster and while I don't really enjoy his fiction his essay 'What I Believe' is really interesting, particularly considering the year (1938). It's very English and very Edwardian but I think important and relevant. This is a long fight we're in after all. http://spichtinger.net/otexts/believe.html You can also hear him read it on Spotify #overthis 8y
