Yay! We‘re halfway there at #Hour 24. I‘ve read 2.5 books and clocked in 10 hours so far. I‘m getting a little too cozy on my Peanuts blanket, but these nutty snacks should do the trick. 🤪

My book nook tonight, the end the end of my couch closest to my real tree. It doesn't look like much but is so comfy. We took ornaments off today and plan on taking it outside tomorrow since it is dry. Keeping me company is the handsomest dog ever.

Size matters on my bookshelves. Usually the tallest and thickest hardcovers serve as first and last books on my shelves. They help keep everything else from falling down. 😁📚📚📚

Just a little Over The Garden Wall as a palate cleanser, then straight in The Devil in Silver. @24in48 #hour 18+

After recently rereading this novel and seeing the movie again, my vote for #Hour 18 favorite book to screen adaptation is Fried Green Tomatoes. 🙌🏻Stellar cast who perfectly portrayed each character, beautifully written screenplay that was true to the book and the best extra bonus: a hilarious cameo featuring wonderful author Fannie Flagg. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I'm Readathoning under my warm Chicago Bears blanket this morning at #Hour 9 of #24in48. This is the oldest children's book I own. I wanted to read a book published the year I was born and found this at a garage sale for a dollar. 🙌🏻
P.S. I also grew up with Shari Lewis (Lamb Chop!) and Captain Kangaroo, and I'm still a kid at heart. 😁❤️
