Good news: I‘m finally reading this after owning it for 5+ years. This is actually the second copy I‘ve purchased, after giving the first unread copy to a friend. 😅 I demolished the first half of it all in one go last night. Such an addictive and chilling read. 🖤

TheAromaofBooks When we first got Paisley, she chewed up a book that was OF COURSE a library book, so I had to take the book in and confess and pay for it. Moved where I was keeping library books so she couldn't get to them I THOUGHT but that little stinker climbed up on a shelf, bypassing books I OWN to get to another LIBRARY book! I had to buy dog-chewed library books TWICE in two weeks! 😂 So embarrassing!!! 10mo

Zoes_Human @TheAromaofBooks As a librarian, I want to reassure you that you have NOTHING to be embarrassed by. Things happen to books & you did the right thing by confessing and replacing. You are a good patron. It's not a big deal. Puppy damage and kid damage are normal
