#FavoriteThrillerCrimeHorrorNovel

This was a difficult prompt! There are so many great horror novels. I love a creepy ghost story that slowly builds up dread and ends in absolute terror. I think that‘s why Michelle Paver‘s Dark Matter is my favorite #horror novel.

I read Thin Air last year. It wasn‘t as good as Dark Matter, but it was still pretty spooky. 👻

somebooksaround Thank you for sharing! I don‘t know many ghost stories, so I‘m super glad to add this to my tbr! Happy reading! 😃🙌📚 6y

And Then There Were None | Agatha Christie
post image

This is my #favoritethrillercrimehorrornovel . My favorite Christie, I have read it so many times, looking for that one clue as to the killer‘s identity. Haven‘t found it yet. This still gives me chills whilst reading...so good, so spooky. 10 strangers invited to an Island. Their host claims to know each of them, yet the host is not present. Then, they start to die, one by one. #marchmadness

batsy Chills! I love it but don't reread it often 💀 6y
Librarybelle @batsy I don‘t even remember how many times I‘ve read it, kind of like my multiple readings of Pride and Prejudice! 6y
JenlovesJT47 Loooove this book!! Have you seen the miniseries that came out a couple of years ago? 6y

#FavoriteThrillerCrimeHorrorNovel Lots of favourites, especially mysteries, but this one fits the prompt because it simply defies genre and is a near perfect novel, in my opinion.
