I made it through a goodly chunk of TELL ME HOW TO BE while I built this tiny crystal windmill. I can‘t say I dislike the book, but it feels very EXPECTED, with a fair few stereotypes in play and without enough of a spark to compensate for any of it. I‘m surprised, given how many Littens adored it. Sparkiness is subjective, though, and at least I can be glad it was there for them, even if it‘s not there for me. #audiopuzzling

I received this amazing puzzle from my daughters for my birthday last month.
The title is “The World of the Brontës” by Laurence King Publishing who specializes in bookish puzzles. Every single little detail in this one is related to the Brontë family in some way, from book characters to places to people in their lives and even their pets. I love it so much and it has been a complete JOY to work on it over the past week. #audiopuzzling
1. HOLY CRAP I LOVE THIS BOOK. I‘m all about psychological realism in children‘s portal fantasies. This one‘s marketed as YA because of its characters‘ ages, but it‘s dark enough to have strong adult appeal.
2. I was bummed this 3D Chrysler Building puzzle was missing all its framework and its internal light, but I figured I‘d do as much of it as I could—AND IT‘S NOT EVEN THE CHRYSLER BUILDING. My goodness. #audiopuzzling

I found these Christmasy Puzzle Snax at Lewis Drug. They call them "Snax Size" puzzles at 100 pieces. I picked the cupcakes and the ice skating flamingos. Super cute.

This novella was a kidnapping mystery. And as always, Scalzi has an interesting twist on the world. Zachary Quinto was a decent narrator.

This is one of my favorite puzzles to date!! I saw this one in an ad online and loved it. Then I found it on clearance at my local Barnes & Noble a few weeks ago and absolutely had to have it!!
