I like this idea and I just signed up for this #audiobookfitnesschallenge #bookfitnesschallenge
Goals: - 12 books (6 audio and 6 paper books)
- 3 km long walk every day
- 45 minutes workout at home every day
- 2 hours long yoga class once a week

I feel like this is something I need! I keep telling myself that I need to get out walking more but then spend the night on the couch so maybe you'll all keep me accountable!

Milena I love this idea! The only thing is that I need bass and beats to motivate for a workout. On the other hand, I get lots and lots of chores done around the house with an audiobook playing in the background.

DebbieGrillo @Milena The books you read don't have to be read while exercising. You just have to have a books total goal and a fitness goal. 5y

I'm all ready for the #bookfitnesschallenge hosted by @wanderinglynn ! My goals are to finish 12 books (I'm gonna let a couple longer books I'm currently reading count) and to run, hike, or walk 4 times per week. Since I'm getting gum graft surgery on May 10, I won't be able to do more than walk for a while, but I'm hoping this challenge will inspire me to get back to it as quickly as possible! 👍 #audiobookfitnesschallenge #bulletjournal #bujo

Caterina @MayJasper Thank you!! ❤️ @thegirlwiththelibrarybag It will be painful, especially because the graft tissue is taken from the roof of my mouth 😭 Thankfully I'll between jobs/school and living with my parents this summer, so I can focus on recovery and walks! 😊 5y

Clwojick I was trying to figure out my #bujo layout for this challenge as well. I love how yours turned out. I might have to do a page a week for mine, but i'm still pondering over it. 5y

The opposite page is gonna be divided into six sections, with room for what books I finished, some exercise stats (I have a separate monthly spread for full exercise stats), and tally marks for points accumulated each week. And the bottom of the pictured page will have some final stats, I left room for five lines of wrap-up stats! 5y
