pickA powerful 87 page novella. When Anna‘s friend asks if her teenage daughter can stay with her for a year, Anna agrees having no idea of the impact this will have on her husband, two children and the girl herself. This decision will turn their lives upside down, and not in a good way. Poor Anna, and poor everyone else as well.
