THE NEW YORK TIMES BOOK REVIEW

Weekend plans! 📚💕 Happy Friday, Litsy peeps! 🤗

Sweetkokoro I have never read a Star Wars book but I want to read the one you have posted in your picture. Can I read that one without reading any of the others? 3y
CoverToCoverGirl Happy Friday! 📖🥃 3y
Branwen @Sweetkokoro Yes, absolutely! It's one of the new books set in the High Republic era (hundreds of years before the movies) so it's a good place to start! 😀 3y
Sweetkokoro @Branwen Sweet! I have the one that came out in January for this series but I have been eyeing this one because I like the guy on the cover Haha. I put in a hold for it at my library hopefully I don‘t have to wait 8 weeks like it estimates. (edited) 3y
Branwen @Sweetkokoro Awesome! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! 💖🤞 3y

So impressed with this book! I usually stay away from books with violence, but these characters are so fun to spend time with!

Very satisfying ending to a great series. I loved Bitterblue and felt for her. There were so many great characters to love and old favorites to reacquaint myself with and I enjoyed every overly long minute of it.

thebluestocking I want to read this series someday... 6y

While I didn't get through this as quickly as I did GRACELING, I still loved this book. I was really excited to get to know Bitterblue and Monsea better, and that ending really made me want to go back and read FIRE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
