This was a lot of fun, I enjoyed the setting and the strong female characters.

Who wouldn‘t travel over 500 miles to propose to a penpal they‘ve never met?
The two main characters here are in turn so open and so lovely and so dense it gets a little bogged down - both in plot and in the continual am-I-good-enoughs, but they kept winning me over regardless.
Not as good as the first in this series, but that being said, I still really enjoyed this fun, spicy Regency romance/spy caper, and would recommend it!

Current read. About 40 pages in and loving the characters already.

I had not realized this was book two in a series, but it read very well as a standalone!

Spicy romance in the Regency era, featuring Lydia Hope-Wallace and Arthur, the Earl of Strathrannoch. I did get a bit bogged down with the indecisiveness of the characters and their constant cataloging of each other‘s favorite traits, but this was a good, distracting listen from reality. Not only romance, but adventure, strong female characters, and spies. ⬇️

This was so much fun! A second in a loosely related series (I didn't read the first and it didn't matter). This has so much! A sort of love triangle, espionage, adventure, and a bit of spice. The pacing is quick and keeps you engaged the side characters are not on scene much but I appreciate they are diverse
I really enjoyed this!

Needing a good escape I am diving into this regency romcom romp.
