If small children hadn't seen the film they would've been confused reading this. The otters are used in the climatic scene, but they were not mentioned before! The pictures were beautiful! This Big Golden Book could've been a little longer to clarify plot elements & character relationships! The emotional resonance of why Baby Dory got a shell for her Mom was left out! That's 1 of the best/most important parts of the movie! between so-so & pan.
