Ultimately, I was disappointed with Phase 1 of the High Republic (haven't even tried phase 2), but there were absolutely some good moments. One of them was a Jedi Master nicknamed Buckets of Blood 🤣🤣🤣

These have been really good so far. The best part is that it gives an idea on what some Jedi are doing (aka Avar Kriss) since they‘ve been mostly absent from the novels. I like the tie-ins and recommend for more from some good characters that haven‘t got a lot of time otherwise.

9/10:
Such an incredibly solid collection of issues largely centered on the Jedi Sskeer, Keeve, and the twins Ceret and Terec! The art in this is truly beautiful, the story flows nicely, and the differences in the Force are clearly shown. Small complaint: the time jump between issues 1 and 2 feels a bit strange.
